Journey into the heart of Kakadu, Australia’s largest world heritage National Park. This wild, pristine outback delight is full of history and First Australian’s culture. Three magical days staying in comfortable accommodation afforded all those creature comforts while spending your days guided through caves and sandstone structures, hiking through native bushland in search of ancient art depicting the early stories of the original inhabitants of this incredible place. Your days will be spent visiting the most incredible, unique sites within Kakadu National Park. Experiencing the ancient culture of our first Australians through early stories painted on ancient sandstone escarpments. This tour will take you to visit two well known rock art sites such as Ubirr and Burrungkuy as well as a hike to one of Kakadu’s better kept secrets, Nanguluwurr. This site depicts incredible contact art and is a magical place to experience first-hand. You will be guided through the sites learning of the deep, rich history and culture tied to this land all while absorbing the delicate, detailed beauty of the art. This tour also captures the incredibly unique wildlife that inhabit the park. Be guided on the famous Yellow Water billabong boat cruise to get up close and personal with crocodiles, buffalo and many magnificent species of birds.

Day 1
- Depart Darwin
- Visit Fogg Dam Conservation Reserve
- Enjoy a delicious lunch along the South
- Alligator River
- Be guided through the ancient rock art gallery, Ubirr
- Embark on the Guluyambi Boat Cruise on the border of Kakadu and Arnhem Land
- Visit the Injalak Border Store - Art for viewing and purchase
- Arrive at your accommodation
Day 2
- Wake up to a hot breakfast before departing the hotel
- Hike to Nanguluwurr Rock Art Gallery - 3.4km return
- Enjoy a home cooked lunch at Anbangbang Billabong
- Be guided through the ancient rock art gallery, Burrungkuy
- Hike to Narwurlandja lookout
- Arrive back at your accommodation
Day 3
- Depart the hotel after your buffet breakfast
- Embark on the Yellow Water Billlabong Boat Cruise
- Visit the Warrajan Cultural Centre
- Enjoy a delicious lunch
- Visit Marrawuddi Arts and Culture Centre - Viewing and purchase of artworks available
- Scenic drive departing Kakadu - arriving back in Darwin City
